I was faced with the challenge to design a clever way to capture the data from customer engagement meetings. I designed an interactive pdf which allows the user
to record data from ever customer engagement meeting. Previously, the user's notes had to be manually typed into Microsoft Word, this was not efficient for the user and the business.

 

The new toolkit allows the user to export all the data into a Excel spreadsheet within minutes. It also has useful information which the user can use as a reference during the meeting.
